The Residence Borgo Latino is located in the center of Torre dell'Orso, about 28 km from Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South" and 250 mt from the long sandy beach of Torre dell'Orso.

The Residence offers 30 apartments arranged in two rows, 2nd or 3rd floor. They are well furnished and equipped, all equipped with kitchenette, TV and air conditioning, a small private garden when in the ground floor (with supplement), liveable veranda when on the 1st or 2nd floor. Available two rooms (4 people) and three rooms (5-6 people). Two rooms 3 / 4 beds: they can be at the 1st and the 2nd floor, have living-dining room with sofa bed or double bedroom, veranda. Three rooms 4/5/6 beds are on the ground floor or first floor, with living-dining room with sofa bed or double, double room, room with two beds, garden or porch.
