Residence Cala Verde

Residence Cala Verde, in Marina di Mancaversa, is a structure of new construction that is 150 meters from the sea and consists of two buildings to around a square shaded by palm trees. The stretch of sea in front of the residence is marked by rocks alternating with small sandy bays free.

Location

The residence is located in Marina di Mancaversa on the coast of the ionian sea of Salento, 8 km south of Gallipoli.

Apartments

The residence has 35 apartments, spacious and well furnished, located on the ground floor or first floor, all equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, tv, verandina; those placed on the ground floor have a secondary entrance on corridor/courtyard. The apartments are divided into: two-rooms 3/4 beds: living-dining room with double sofa bed, double bedroom; three-rooms 4/5 beds: living-dining room with sofa bed, double bedroom, room with 2 low beds; three-rooms 6 beds: living - dining room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 beds.

Amenities

Reception (at scheduled times), Central Area equipped with gazebos, garden lounges, barbecue. Only 50 meters from the structure are: supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, several shops. Free use, by reservation, of 2 tennis courts (one with lighting fee) placed at 500 mt from the residence. Beach service (1 umbrella and 2 deckchairs per apartment) included in the service fee (with weekly payment mandatory on-site) is provided on a beach place at 200 meters, with a behind an area equipped with private sand carryover kiosk bar, toilets, beach volleyball and swimming pool. Each apartment is with 1 umbrella and 2 deckchairs to be used to explore the many beautiful beaches in the surrounding area (Lido Pizzo, Suina Punta della Torre Mozza, Baia Verde), which are 2 to 14 km.
