• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The service package includes(compulsory from 4 years): electricity, gas, water, bed linen;
  -Bath towels: 10 euros per person per change;
  -Final Cleaning, the kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 30 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure;
  -Club Card compulsory from 4 years.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Parking: 4 euros per day(20m) unguarded;
  -Baby cot: 50 euros;
  -Medium/small pets: 50 euros per stay
