• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes consumptions of electricity, water, and gas, air conditioning, bed linen;
  -Final Cleaning: The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 15 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure;
  -Club card.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Beach service;
  -Baby cot 0/2 years: 36 euros per week;
  -Small pets: 42 euros per stay, except common area.
