• TARIFFS INCLUDE: consumptions of electricity, water, and gas.
  
  COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -Final Cleaning: The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 30 euro extra charge is applied
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure;
  -Ripa Card: 140 euros per week from 04/08 to 18/08; 84 euros per week from 30/06 to 04/08 and from 18/08 to 25/08; 70 euros in the other periods. Includes: beach service(one umbrella and 2 sun beds per apartment; swimming pool, mini club and and entertainement from 01/07 to 31/08:
  -Air conditioning: 42 euros per week(available in the studio 2 and studio 3).
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bed linen: 8 euros per person per change;
  -Additional bed: 105 euros per week;
  -Parking: 56 euro from 04/08 to 18/08 and 42 euros in the other periods;
  -Tv: 25 euros per stay(75 euros for deposit)
