• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package(compulsory from 2 years) includes consumptions of electricity, water, and gas, bed linen and bath towels with weekly change;
  -Final cleaning. The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 25 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  -Carte Club compulsory from 17/06 to 09/09: 35 euros per adult per week and 28 euros per child 3/11 years;
  -Tourist Tax (compulsory from 12 years)2 euros per night.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -5th bed: 120 euros per week from 22/07 to 26/08, 70 euros per week in the other periods;
  -apartment round-floor: 50 euros per week;
  -baby cot: 0/2 years: 50 euros per week;
  -Bed linen: 10 euros per person per change;
  -bath towels: 10 euros per person per change;
  -bed linen unavailable;
  -Beach service: 100 euros per week from 01/07 to 02/09; 70 euros per week in the other periods;
  -Umbrella in the first row(upon avaibility): 30 euros per week; umbrella in the second row: 20 euros per week.
