Blumare Club Village Residence

Blumare Village extends over a 3 hectares wide area characterised by green eucalyptus and age-old olive trees. This accommodation facility was built according to the typical style of the old “masserie” (farms) of Salento, by using natural materials such as marbles, a local calcareous rock, a stone from Soleto and crude travertine which perfectly combine with the surrounding environment, thus offering the ideal setting for some relaxing and free holidays.

Location

This complex is in Frassinito, 5km from Torre dell'Orso and 8km from Otranto, in an area characterized by very fine sand beaches and fascinating cliffs.

Apartments

This accommodation facility has 72 apartments placed around the swimming pool, all with an independent entry. They are on the ground floor (with veranda and/or equipped garden) or on the first floor (with equipped veranda). They are all furnished and decorated in a modern style and have kitchenette, safe, TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and hair-dryer. They are one-room apartments or two-room apartments with 4 beds. Two-room apartments are composed of a living room with sofa bed and a twin bedroom.

Air-conditioned restaurant, bar, playground for children, internal unattended car park. The beach of Frassinito, which has a free area and a private equipped part and is characterised by both sand and rocks, can be reached on foot or by bicycle through a path in the Mediterranean scrub or by shuttle service at scheduled times. The Club Card includes the use of the two swimming pools (one with hydromassage and one for children), of the solarium equipped with sunshade parasols and deckchairs, beach service (1 beach umbrella + 2 sun beds per apartment), shuttle service from/to the beach at scheduled times, day and night animation with games, shows, tournaments and group courses of the available sports, 4 to 12 years miniclub at scheduled times. In the vicinity of Frassinito, canoes, windsurf boards and sailing boats are available upon payment.
