• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes(compulsory from 2 years) consumptions of electricity, water, and gas; air conditioning; 1 set bd linen and bath towels with weekly change; swimming pool;
  -Final cleaning: the kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 20 euro extra charge is applied. For stays lasting more than 7 nights a further cleaning is offered and is to be agreed with the reception;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bath linen Euros 10 per person per set:
  -Sigle bed linen Euros 10 per set;
  -Double bed linen Euros 15 per set;
  -Additional bed: Euros 50 per week from 01/11 to 28/07 and from 25/08 to 08/10; 100 euros per week from 28/07 to 25/08.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -Kichenette linen unavailable;
  -Special offers in the long weekends and holidays;
  -On request Arrivals/Departures on a different day other than saturdays available;
  -Arrivals outside office hours must be agreed prior to arrival.
