• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes consumptions of electricity, water, and gas;
  -Final cleaning: kitchenette to be done by client otherwise extra charge of Euros 50,00;
  -Club Card(compulsory from 4 years): gives access to swimming pool use, entertainment, sports, parking;
  -Beach service: Euros 40,00 per apartment per week (1 sun umbrella, 1 sun bed and 1 deck chair in an associated beach);
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Additional bed: 50 euros per week in the june and september; 70 euros per week in the july; 100 euros per week in the august;
  -Baby cot: Euros 30,00 per week.
  -Bed linen set+bath towels set: Euros 10,00 per person;
