Compulsory charges to be paid upon arrival:
Service card from 09/06 to 15/09 5 euro per room per day including beach service (one sun ubrella and two sun beds per room) provided with café, restaurant, children's facilities, pedal boat and toilets.
Children under 3 years old free with their own cot (meals not included).
Beverages are not included during meals.
Special holidays and long weekends request special estimate to our booking centre.

Cancellation policy

No penalties from the reservation until 15 days before the date of arrival;
30 % from 14 and 9 days before the date of arrival;
50 % from 8 and 4 days before the date of arrival;
80 % from 3 and 1 days before the date of arrival;
100 % in case of no show;

In case the stay with them combined is cancelled, ferry or flight tickets or the car rental purchased with SUPERPROMO Pugliae.com rate will be cancelled.
In case of Pugliae.com rates and special offers, the cancellation policies may vary and then they will be indicated when booking.
When booking a room with a rate indicated as "non-refundable", please note that you cannot make any cancellation.
