The hotel consists of three complexes: two reserved for residences, surrounded by greenery, a service center, located on the highest part of the site, with reception, lobby and restaurant. The complex was conceived and designed in every detail to meet the needs of comfort and relaxation.

The property is located in Rodi Garganico in the province of Foggia, at 4.5 km from San Menaio at 12.0 km and 49 km from San Giovanni Rotondo.

The rooms are all new and well furnished and have private entrance, private bathroom with shower, Air-conditioning, color TV, hairdryer and telephone. Are available on the ground floor with a small garden or first floor with veranda.
