Cavaliere Hotel

It is a 4 star hotel situated in the charming and hospitable village of Noci, in province of Bari, in the heart of the Murgia, a few km from the Valle d’Itria and from the main tourist resorts situated in the territory of the "Trulli" (small round house built of stone, with a conical roof) and the " Grotte" (Caves). The Hotel is a modern building, totally refurbished. At the present time it is run by Rega Hotels's a hotel- management company. Rooms

The hotel is an elegant structure with 33 bedrooms: two of them suitable for disabled guests. It is a tastefully and designed building. The rooms, totally soundproof, are well equipped with all the modern comforts. They are decorated with wooden furniture, giving a cosy atmosphere to the guest. For the rooms we have chosen the most suitable furniture matched with the hotel design, the linen with its luminous and relaxing colours, giving our guest a perfect place for spending an unforgattable stay. Rooms are available in the following types: single room, double single use, twin room, double room and triple room. All of the rooms are equipped with: direct line telephone, air conditioning, heating, minibar, TV LCD 36’’ with Pay TV, safe, Internet WI-FI, ensuite bathrrom with shower, hair dryer and courtesy set.

Cooking&Eating

“L’Uliveto” restaurant, situated on the ground floor of the hotel, wants to satisfy the guests's tastes, but at he same time wants to be an important place where going to eat for anyone. The restaurant, rich in tradition and history, is recommended by the prestigious Michelin guide which reports the best hotels and restaurants in the world. It is a cosy place with its Mediterranean atmosphere characterized by the presence of a lot of olive trees and for the warmth of the furniture. It is the ideal place for lunch or business dinner and for any type of party. Up to 60 people it is opened everyday by 23,00 hours. The Chef and the restaurant staff offer a traditional Mediterranean cuisine, using traditional Apulia's products. The dishes are accompanied with famous and excellent regional and Italian wines. The hotel provided with a meeting room/ banqueting-hall located on the first floor with independent entrance, able to host 120 people.
