La Macchiola Apartments

La Macchiola apartments are located in the verdant yard of a biological farm of Spongano, a rural village 5km from the Adriatic sea in the territory of Salento. The owners' natural calling for welcome transformed the farm factory into a carefully restored facility divided into characteristic and independent dwellings. The surrounding countryside is rich in age-old olive trees and the property of this accommodation facility is bounded by the typical low stone walls. In the horizon the wonderful setting of the Adriatic sea and of the gulf of Gallipoli. A relax area among citron trees, palm trees and tangerines is at the guests' disposal in the garden. Lovers of archaeology can enjoy museum itineraries and guided tours while lovers of active holidays can go to the golf course (40km away) or enjoy horse rides, gig or bicycle excursions, divings and boat trips to discover the caves along the coast.
