• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes consumptions of electricity, water, and gas, bed linen;
  -Final Cleaning: The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 15 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Club card: 105 euros per week from 04/08 to 25/08; 70 euros per week in other periods. Include: beach service(one umbrella and 2 sun beds);
  -Baby cot 0/3 years: 42 euros per week;
  -Small pets: 42 euros per stay(except in the beach);
  -Additional bed: 42 euros from 09/06 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 22/09; 56 euros per week from 30/06 to 04/08 and 25/08 to 01/09; 70 euros per week from 04/08 to 25/08.
