Cancellation policy

No penalties from the reservation until 10 days before the date of arrival;
20 % from 9 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;

In case the stay with them combined is cancelled, ferry or flight tickets or the car rental purchased with SUPERPROMO Pugliae.com rate will be cancelled.
In case of Pugliae.com rates and special offers, the cancellation policies may vary and then they will be indicated when booking.
