• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes consumptions of electricity, water, and gas;
  -Final cleaning: The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 52 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bed linen: 10,00 Euros per person/week;
  -Small pets: 50 euros per stay;
  -Air conditioning: 50 euros per week;
  -Tv: 25 euros per week;
  -Additional bed: 50 euros per week-
  
  ADDITONAL REMARKS:
  -Not available: cot, blankets, bath and kitchen linen.
  -The week from 04/08 to 11/08 and from 11/08 to 18/08 is compulsory combined with the previous or following week.
  -The guests must call the reception office before their arrival to communicate: their arrival time and arrivals later than 08:00 p.m. or expected fro the following day(s), otherwise the reservation lapsese; arrivals later are not accepted.
