The residential complex is located in Gallipoli at 1 km from the inner city and 90 km from the Brindisi airport.

Villetta A:

is a private villetta on the ground floor with a wide external area and private car place. It provided with dinner room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double room and bathroom. It is also equipped with air conditioning. Distance from the beach: 50 metres. Beds: 4

Villetta B:

is a terraced villetta with private entrance and garden (on the ground floor) or veranda (on the first floor). It provided with dinner room, kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, twin room and bathroom. Beds: 6 Photograps only show the typology of the apartment.

Inside the residential complex you can find a lot of different shops. Gallipoli and its old town are at 2 km far. All the apartments are located between 200 and 400 metres from the beautiful beach. Moreover the beach is easily reachable on foot from the apartments.
