On October 30 and 31, as per usual in Minervino Murge (Bat), the Pro Loco will organize the XVIth edition of the "Celebration of king oyster mushroom and of the Murgia 's flavors".
The event, which is supported by the City, the Comunità Montana, the Ente Parco Nazionale dell'Alta Murgia and in collaboration with the local associations, aims at promoting the territory and its typical products.
Various gastronomical stands will be installed by the central streets of Minervino Murge, where visitors will be able to taste some typical plates made with mushrooms.
The celebration also allows people to visit the city center of Minervino nd more specially the Castle, the Ethnographic Museum, the Assunta Cathedral, the Grotta di San Michele and the small streets of “La Scesciola”, the old village.
