On October 16 and 17, 2010, the 39th edition of the “Celebration of the calzone...of onions, hot ricotta, primitive wines and roasted lamb and sausages” in Acquaviva delle Fonti, in the province of Bari.
The traditional celebration, which is a fixed appointment since 1971, is celebrated each year to honor the delectable onions of Acquaviva.
Also, visitors will also be able to taste the delicious calzone filled with onions, accompanied with other food products and old local gastronomical recipes.
Other collateral appointments will be organized : on October 16, Antonio and Michele, funny men of Zelig, will perform whereas on October 17, the dj of Futura Radio Station will offer music, animations and a karaoke.
