On August 13, 2010, from 08.30pm onwards, the IX edition of "Note di Gusto" - Strade di suoni sapori e saperi will take place in Palagiano, province of Taranto. This is an enogastronomical festival, organized by Slow Food Mare e Gravine in collaboration with the city of Palagiana and other private firms, which offers various tastings of quality products as well as good music.
The manifestation, which will take place within the streets of the old center of Palagiano, around the Palazzo Baronale, is a trip towards the authentic flavors of the local gastronomy, an occasion to rediscover flavors, knowledges and forgotten traditions.
