On August 11, 2010, from 06pm onwards, the XVth edition of the celebration of the panino della nonna will take place within the Area Mercatale of Giovinazzo, in the province of Bari.
The manifestation is the ideal occasion to rediscover the ancient typical dishes.
The sandwiches, protagonists of the night, will be offered with: tomatoes, aubergines, omelette, artichokes, peppers, muscaris, anchovies, tuna, ricotta...
They will be accompanied by a glass of wine.
Also, it will be possible to visit a rich market of antiquities, arts and crafts and paintings as well as to listen to the concert of Jenny B and I Farias.
