On August 3, the first edition of the celebration of Turkish meat will take place in the Piazza Municipio of Surano, in the province of Lecce. It is organized by the "Insieme per Crescere" Association.
The objective of the manifestation is to promote a Turkish dish, which nowadays is part of the Surano local gastronomy.
The ingredients of this delicious dish are : cuts of pork, small mushrooms, yellow peppers and curry.
This specialty will be accompanied by other typical dishes.
During the night, the "Menamenamò" will perform popular songs and "pizzica".
