On July 31, the XIII edition of the celebration of red onions will take place in Acquaviva delle Fonti, in the province of Bari. It is organized by the Pro Loco “Curtomartino” with the support of the communal administration.
This is an enogastronomical manifestation which aims at promoting this old product, which is one of the numerous typical products of Puglia.
From 07pm onwards, the enogastronomical stands will open and it will be possible to taste typical products made with red onions, to visit the exhibition and to directly buy the red onions from the local producers.
