Until August 4, 2010, the XXXVI Festival della Valle dell'Itria will take place within the Palazzo Ducale of Martina Franca, in the province of Taranto. This edition, directed by Alberto Triola, will be characterized by more special artistic selections.
Amongst the main musical works will be those of Stravinski, Ravel and Berio as well as a tribute to Giuseppe Aprile.
Amongst the other shows of the calendar, we can notice Gianni di Parigi, a 2 acts melodrama by Felice Romani, musics by Gaetano Donizzetti (in the version of the Teatro a Scala (1839)).
There is a ticket to pay to watch the different shows.
