For the sixth consecutive season, Locorotondo, in the province of Bari, will host the Locus Festival, a high-level musical festival, organized by the city of Locorotondo and the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese until August 5, 2010.
Directed by Bass Culture, the festival offers good music, such as jazz, author's songs, popular sounds and innovative styles.
The Locus Festival, which aims at being an exchange between artists and attendees, is the ideal occasion to discover the new musical trends.
Omar Sosa, Trilok Gurtu, Paolo Fresu, Gil Scott-Heron, Bobo Rondelli, Esperanza Spalding, Kings Of Convenience, Malika Ayane, The Quiet Night Orchestra and Markelian Kapedani are the artists who participate in the festival.
All the concerts will begin at 10pm and will take place in 3 sites : Piazza Convertini, Piazza Mitrano and the exterior place of the Cantina Sociale.
