Until August 2010, the fist edition of Spiaggia d'Autore, a touring festival of literature, will take place in Puglia.
The beaches of Puglia, From the Gargano to the Salento, will welcome important names of the national or international literature, from Jack Hirschman to Tonino Guerra, as well as Luis Sepùlveda, Raffaele Nigro, Corrado Augias and Fatima Mernissi.
The initiative, which aims at giving the opportunity to Puglia being the biggest cultural platform of the season, is organized in more than 80 bathing beaches.
The exceptional guest of the festival, which enters the project “Spiagge aperte all cultura 2010” by the Region of Puglia, is Arnoldo Foà.
