On June 6, 2010, the Associazione Trullando, in collaboration with Confartigianato-Fidart, will organize the enogastronomic manifestation entitled Abbassc o forn within the old center of Putignano, in the province of Bari.
The initiative is part of Angoli, which aims at promoting the old center of Putignano, and more precisely, of minor areas, showing their history, arts and popular traditions.
This is the eight of nine appointments.
"Abbassc o forn" is the zone where is situated the last working wood stove, which belongs to the Florio family.
In the via Rosata Romanazzi, via Strettola, via Scaglioni et Corso Vittorio Emanuele, some enogastronomic stands will be installed, where it will be possible to taste local dishes and wines from 08pm to midnight.
The night will be animated by artists and artisans, which will offer exhibitions within the streets.
