From May 29 to June 2, 2010, the Third International Festival, which is entitled Apulia Tango Festival - Il Tango dell'Abbraccio, will take place in Bari.
The festival aims at reviving, thanks to a full immersion with the best international instructors and dancers, the atmosphere of Buenos Aires, with its tango characterized by traditional rhythms and social connotations.
During 5 days, more than 20 artists will perform in Puglia. Workshops, live music and « milonga » are expected every night.
The masters are Maria Plazaola, Agustina Berenstein & Rodrigo Palacios, Ricardo Viqueira, Octavio Fernandez and Corina Herrera.
The orchestra is the Sexteto Milonguero. The « musicalizadores » are Damian Boggio (Buenos Aires), Armando Tatadj (Roma), Luica (Buenos Aires), Paolino (Naples), Luigi (Montpellier) and others.
Special guests are Osvaldo and Coca Cartery, Elisabetta Muraca.
The Festival will take place in various places of Bari.
