On January 15 has started the eleventh edition of the "Sguardi di Cinema Italiano" manifestation, organized by the Sguardi Association, in Monopoli.
The event will occur until March 19, 2010 within the Visconti Cinema.
Among the films showed, on March 5 will occur the national preview of "Il sole di Nina" of Marco Arturo Messina, which will be followed by a concert by the director and his musicists.
An other national preview is "La fisica dell'acqua" of Felice Farina on February 12.
Other works presented will be : "Di me cosa ne sai" of Valerio Jalongo on February 5, "La cosa giusta" of Marco Campogiani on February 19, "Good Morning Aman" of Claudio Noce on February 26, "Ce n'è per tutti" of Luciano Melchionna, "Tutta colpa di Giuda" of Davide Ferrario, "La casa sulle nuvole" of Claudia Giovannesi and "Il prossimo tuo" of Anne Riitta Ciccone.
As usually, the films will be followed by a discussion with the directors, and this year a special award will be given to the best film of the festival.
The films will be showed at 06pm or 09pm at the price of €3.
The season ticket price is €15 for the films at 06pm and €20 for the films at 09pm, and can be bought at the "Chiarito" Library of Monopoli.
