In the small village called Poligano a Mare, in the province of Bari, the atmosphere is festal with the "Blu Natale" event, from the 16th to the 28th of December 2009. The center's tiny back-alleys will be filled up with small Christmas markets, where it will be possible to find delicious gastronomic products, and animated by exhibitions and concerts.
The event, supported by the town, the assessor of tourism and in collaboration with the sponsors Saverio di Palma, Donna Gina and San Tommaso, is organized by The Pugliastyle Group. On the 16th of December 20009, at 17pm, the manifestation will be inaugurated by the small market "the taste buds".
It consists in an enogastronomic tour that begins in Piazza dell'Orologio and ends in Piazza San Benedetto, an initiative which tends to encourage the meeting of savor and traditions, in order to promote the local gastronomy.
Typical Christmas products and other local products will be sold until the 23rd of December 2009

Concerning the music and concerts, on the 21st of December, at 18pm, be in the historic center to watch an exhibition called "I giullari" : a show for the smallest and the biggest, with jugglers, acrobats, fire-eaters, troubadours, sorcerers and other personages.
On the 22nd of Decembre, at 21pm, in Piazza dell'Orologia, a gospel chorus on the scales of the church will give you tingles.
On the 27th, at 20pm, in Piazza Aldo Moro, the "Circus Cabaret" will introduce the crowd its exhibition for the youngest.
The last appointment of the Blue Christmas will occur on the 28th of December 2009, at 19h30, on the same place, with the "Mr Sardella Show", an exhibition of jugglery and circus arts.
